Together with Grey County, we boast 34 different golf courses! That’s a lot of green to choose from. Courses range from a duffer’s circuit to a class championship challenge. All welcome visitors, many have pro shops, licensed dining, motorized golf carts and club rentals. Some host charity golf tournaments and have special package deals with local lodging. In addition, the avid player can take advantage of driving ranges and putting greens.

•    The Cobble Beach Golf Links in Owen Sound was ranked among the top 10 best new courses in the world in 2007 by Travel + Leisure Golf.

•    SCOREGolf Magazine in 2008 called BlackHorse (east of Kincardine) “one of the top new courses in Ontario and one of the best golf values in the province”.

•    The Georgian Bay Club in conjunction with The Raven, both near Collingwood, plays host to the 2010 Ford Wayne Gretzky Classic, part of the Celebrity Pro-am Golf Tour.
