March break (14th to 18th) can be a great time to spend extra time with your children, and even for them to spend quality time with their grandparents! Unfortunately, not all working parents are able to take the time off from work during the middle of March. Finding childcare and activities for kids during this time can be a challenge. Here are some options for both scenarios because Bruce County has a myriad of things to do for March break 2011!
Firstly, if you can’t take any time off work, here are some places to start looking for ways to keep them busy or looked after:
* grandparents
* check newspapers and websites for local childcare ads
* local community programs
* schools sometimes send home flyers with the kids
* use banked work hours to stay home
