Brewed in the Keeper's Tradition of 1867, Bruce County Premium Lager reflects a time when life was simple. The crisp taste embraces the cool emerald waters of Georgian Bay and maintains the bold character of the Niagara Escarpment.

Val and Andy Stimpson arrived here from England with one goal in mind. Make great tasting all natural beer. The ambitious couple moved here in 1995 and bought the original Crystal Springs Brewery in Neustadt. It has returned back to its main function as a brewery, and a good one too!  Neustadt Springs Brewery has one several International Brewing awards, make sure to check out their wall of FAME when you are there. The retail store is open seven days a week. They offer guided tours of the Brewery and the Caverns below weekends only.

You can also visit the Formosa Spring Brewery, which began operation in 1870 and is located in historic town of Formosa.

Wineries - Bruce County is now home to a Winery and we are very excited to welcome them to the area.  Carrick Wines & Ciders are located 5 km N of Mildmay on Highway 9. When you visit this wonderful winery, make sure to leave sometime to see the sheep and give some love to Stella she have quite the character and loves to be petted.  They also offer sampling and sell a great variety of wines and ciders, try the Gravel Run Cider!!
