Sassafras Artistic Design is a fused glass working studio. From our quaint 1930's former Orangemens Lodge in Shallow Lake we specialize in making handmade silver and copper jewellery enhanced with fused glass. There is also a colorful array of functional and decorative fused glass and stained glass items. Ask about classes. > Fused glass is our main focus but you will also find handmade soaps, candles, greeting card, chainmail and fusing supplies. New to Sassafras this year is a complete line of American made CASE folding knives, as well as previously carried pocket knives. We are open Wed - Fri 11:00 am - 4:00 pm and Sat 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, or we are happy to take appointments.
